Refund Policy

At Corpus Property Management, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and satisfaction to our property owners. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services:

Fees related to property inspections, tenant placements, cleaning, maintenance coordination, and completed management tasks are non-refundable once delivered.

Monthly Management Fees:

Monthly management fees are billed in arrears for services already rendered. As such, they are not eligible for refunds.

Service Disputes:

If you’re dissatisfied with a service, please contact our team within 7 days of service completion. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Cancellations:

You may cancel ongoing management agreements with 30 days’ written notice as outlined in your contract. Any services rendered during that time will be billed accordingly.
